AnimeStudio 9.5 Pro preview bug

AnimeStudio 9.5 Pro preview bug
I'm using AnimeStudio 9.5 Pro, and have been seeing an anomaly during preview. Some layers have patches of white or are transparent where there should be color (hands in this instance). I've check layer settings, but did not see anything obvious for this glitch. Any ideas, or what information to provide for solution. Thanks for any help on this.
