Looking for small job

We are looking for a freelance artist with experience in Moho to add to and modify an existing 30-second 2D animated short for children (originally done in Moho). Project is small with nothing complicated (no intricate animation or audio required). Successful fulfillment could lead to additional projects.

Project requires artist to:
•Create art of 1 new character to match look-and-feel of existing characters
•Create additional art to add additional body positions for 1 existing character
•Implement bone setup and gross body animation only for 2 characters: need to make 2 characters walk, turn to and away from camera to open a door (no detailed face or hand animation needed)
•Add and change some minor character features like hair length / color using styles
•Meet requirements that animations must be reusable in other contexts / backgrounds and layering, alpha channels, styles, and actions must meet predefined specifications
