Looking for animators

Hi there, guys.
I'm looking for animators to create videos for children for youtube. I can provide a script with sugetions for each scene, characters (in .ai format) or pngs and backgrounds. You will have to do the assembling part and the animation and deliver me the .anme files. I can't pay much for each project (75$ - 100$) so this is why i'm looking for beginners who might be interested in practicing their skills and also making some money doing this.
