Anime Studio in NYC

Hello everyone,
I'm the Production Manager for a up-and-coming animation studio in New York that specializes mostly in whiteboard animations. While whiteboard animations will be our bread and butter for the likely future, we are also looking to attract more diversity in the kinds of projects we provide to our clients. We already have some character animation in our portfolio and last summer I finished the studio's first project in Anime Studio Pro. Our website is http://www.idearocketanimation.com
Being a long-time user of Anime Studio (I learned on Moho 1.5 or so), I believe that Anime Studio is the dark horse in the animation software market, that could ultimately win the race. I am therefore trying to build a roster of Anime Studio Pro animators that we can call upon for backup when we have large projects with tight deadlines. We are looking for artists, people who understand design as well as motion, people with solid character animation skills, who understand a animation production pipeline and how their work will fit in with the overall scope of the project.
You must be able to take critique/direction well, be a team player, be familiar with Anime Studio Pro 11, and you must, MUST be in the New York/NewJersey/Connecticut area with the ability for daily access to midtown Manhattan. Please remember that we are building a roster of potential animators for temporary, freelance hire and are not at this moment offering full-time, long-term work. We just want to know who we can call when we need help on our projects.
Please also list your other skillsets (background painting/design, character design, layout, After Effects, etc.) when responding as we also keep ourselves open for help in these areas as well. Please contact me info (at) idearocketanimation dot com.
Thank you for your interest and I look forward to seeing your work!
Scott
