Looking for 3d modeller and animator for vector-style bustes

Hi everybody,
I would create a 3d model with face animation of some bustes, starting from this picture (I have the vector files) with exactly the same style:

It is possible? I'm looking for someone who can do it. The timing is pretty tight (around 5-10 days).
The payment will be agreed with the artist.
