Looking for background artist

Post by MrTech »

Hi There
My name is Robert Thurman Founder of RoboGrannie Entertainment
A small team working voluntary together online in order to bring forth a cool new animation series know as Robs Life, which has similar graphics and humour to simpsons/family guy/American dad and Dilbert,

Currently we have a animator, character artist and musician, auditions are being held for voice actors and the only talent we now need is someone to help draw backgrounds.

The script is around 30 minutes in length for episode 1 and is divided into 3 minute scenes that contain two – four static backgrounds maximum.

I have written all the details down for the backgrounds and even drawn quick references but we need someone to redraw them so they look similar to the ones in family guy or American dad.

If you are interested in helping please email me at robogrannie@hotmail.co.uk
With the subject line “Backgrounds”

Even though the project is voluntary there are benefits to being on the team.
We really need someone to complete the two backgrounds for a scene before the end of November, so anyone with any drawing skill what so ever please email me if you are interested.

As soon as I get your email I will give you the scoop on the project.

Kind Regards
Robert Thurman

Good luck man. If you want quality work you may have to pay, though.

These voluntary jobs that don't pay but promise other rewards (and have deadlines) seem to turn my mind to this clip:

I *love* the construction worker thing. All that's missing is the thin gruel, beatings, shackles and branding irons...

New Forum Category Needed

We need a new forum category for all these incredibly attractive offers; something descriptive like 'Wasters Wanted' or 'Self Flagellation'. Maybe it can even update a permanent listing on Craigslist.
