EXPORTING A VOICE FROM PAPAGAYO

Post by REELFUNNY »

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHY, WHEN I EXPORT A PAPAGAYO VOICE, IT SHOWS UP AS JUST A BLANK DOCUMENT AND NOT A .DAT FILE? IT DOESN'T MATTER WHERE I EXPORT IT TO-I'VE TRIED ANIME STUDIO, THE PAPAGAYO FOLDER AND MY DESKTOP. I RUN MAC OS X 10.4.9
THANK YOU

1. Have you broken down the voice (you can see the coloured bars for sentences, words, and phonemes above the waveform)?

2. Are you using the Export Voice button rather than just saving the project?

Make sure you are using plain ASCII characters and no spaces in the text to be broken down, the .wav filename and the export filename - you might want to try that with the path/folder names as well.

Regards, Myles.

myles nice to meet you

i think (i shouldn't do that) i may have figured this one out. when i export the voice, i use a name and put .dat on the end. this gives me the imagebrowser icon.

i'll give it a try
