hello,

I've Tried to download the fiels, but it does not work: I get the site with the "fast and extreme" link. I click on it and get the wait some seconds page. after a minute or so a Link appears. When I click on it, it all begins again.
This is frustrating :-(
I don't really want someone to offer strange arabian advertisings mixed with porn content, when simply trying to download a software.

Looks like the latest links for this program are posted on Page 5 of this thread. Ignore the Oxyshare ones. (I had exactly the same experience with Oxyshare -- neverending loop of 2 pages. Worst filesharing site I've ever experienced.)

hello Touched,

thanks, downloading with the link
http://www.dropfiles.net/filez/4290/pap ... %20src.zip
worked fine. The link
http://quick.dropfiles.net/769554
was broken too.

If I'm able to get things working on my fedora 6 box, I will post it.

regards Jürgen

No, thank YOU! Until you bumped that thread, I didn't even know there was a modified version of Papagayo. I got the Windows version from that thread just after I wrote here about it.

Can I express my gratitude for the hard work you have put in on this - it has been most helpful.

Enjoy the holiday from the project - you well deserve it.

Bug: Project unsaveable when paths contain certain letters

Post by keisern »

Just discovered that papagayomod fails to save files when the path to the .wav file contains the norwegian letters Æ, Ø or Å.

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "LipsyncFrame.pyo", line 707, in OnSaveAs
File "LipsyncDoc.pyo", line 782, in Save

BUG: breakdown is always 24 fps

Post by keisern »

When we load a wav file, set the frame per second to 25, the breakdown always stops to soon. You can't drag the words all the way to the right. It seems like the breakdown is stuck in 24 fps. The last frames you can't reach seems to be one frame for every second of sound, therefore this is probably a 24/25 fps bug.

Hope this can be fixed soon!

Both these are bugs from the official version and not something that has araised with this mod (just so don't blame nasossy for his great work here).
First one I don't have a solution for other than to rename your folders.
Second one, save the file and restart papagayo, now it should work.

v1.3.5.3 win32 binary is not a patch.
It is a self-contained application
that supersedes v1.2

so no, you cannot.
(and I don't understand why one would want to)

v1.3.5.3 win32

Post by hankmanor »

Sorry for my ignorance...do I still place it in the program 1.2 as stated?
I don't what else to do with it ...it's not an exe file. Help the newbie!
Thanks, Hank

It is a compressed archive.
Try uncompressing it (in its own directory)
with Winrar or some other
program that handles .rar files

You will find the executable (papagayo.exe) inside
