These are the rules for a competition that ended months ago. I think there's a new one ending soon (don't know if anyone's participating), but it has a different list of rules.

I think you stumbled in the wrong thread, unless you can turn back time "The deadline to submit is November 30, 2004, 11:59 pm GMT"

Maybe if you speed it up, it worked for Charlie Chaplin and The Keystone Cops. :D But 3:30 is quite long, don't know what you have but are you sure it's as tight as you can get it? Are there intro/end credits that could be cut? That's what I did in my entry for the 2 minute competition. Less is more...

The rules for animation contest #2 were in this forum, and it states 3 mins as the maximum.
