Well a quick idea that might require the collaberation of one expert ..... I was looking at the Trimble character in the Moho folder and did a quick morph job on him. I was thinnking it might save me some time on a quick animation I am working on -going to try to enter a school contest.

Here is a quick shot of Trimble as an alien

it made me wonder if we could get one or two expertly boned characters - a male and a female, heck even throw in a four legged creature. Once we have something then we can have a 'Morpheus' contest and see how many variations we can create by changing color and fills, adding hair, antenna, helmets, capes and so on and we'd end up with a free library of reusable characters as the end result of the contest as well as having some fun.

Yeah! Sounds like a great idea.

I'm no expert rigger but I'm willing to take a stab at public content and variants of existing content.

Is there a repository somewhere for public content?

I had started one and am now trying to redo it with a newer version of the script - the older script choked. As soon as I work out a problem with the files not downloading I'll post the info here. You'll be able to upload zipped original moho content like sample files, backgrounds, brushes or scripts - not looking to host images etc as it will just eat bandwidth but original material that is of general use the the moho crowd. You will also be able to use it to point to the content on your own site -like tutorials- and forum posts as a way to keep track of all the goodies buried here and there. You can see the page in progress but it isn't ready to go live until I get some final details fixed. I'll also be making some rss feeds available so you can grab them and list say newest scripts or particular category on your own sites or on the forums here.

I guess we can start with Trimble if anyone wants, I haven't really used him extensively so am not sure if he is rigged 'perfectly' or not. It would be best to use a starting character that doesn't have any major boning flaws or all we'll end up with is a dozen characters that look good but can't be used because they have some lack (not picking on Trimble, just my concern which is why I figured we'd need a 'pro' to at least evaluate or create the starting character).
