selecting multiple keys on multiple layers?

Is there a way to select all keys on all layers on one particular frame in the main timeline .... so I can shift them around the main timeline?

Not possible in the current version. May be in the next one.

You can try to use the menu tool "Rescale keyframes" in Animation menu, but I think it wouldn't work for only a keyframe. Perhaps yes.

Regarding to the layers it is not possible to select a group at the same time so you cannot play with the keyframes of them a the same time. You can put all the layers in a folder and apply the modifications to that folder but is is limited.

Look in Feature Request forum and in Annuncements. There is a next update in may (not new version) and they are working in a new version (number 6) but I don't know the timing.
