Problem with optimized layes

Post by LostMind »

I want to make optimized layers why i want to create a Flash movie but just when i put a point whit the free hand tool or with the add point tool on a layer or when i put a draw made of points, the layer became non-optimized.

I want to use layer moves to keep my flash little as possible but it's imposible to draw something without being non-optimized.

How can i create non-optimized layers with the add point tool ?

Try this: after creating whatever artwork you need, select all in that layer, cou it (x) and paste it again. If the red dot appears in the layer list, it is optimized.

1. Add the points in frame 0 only (points added in later frames are added back to frame 0 anyway, but adding them in later frames adds extra keyframes).

or

2. Delete the keyframes which are preventing optimisation. View all channels. One of the most likely culprits is line width - delete any line width keyframes created when you added the extra point(s).
