moving one layer into another layer to combine them.

:( Am a new member and new user of Moho. I'm unable to drag one layer into another to combine them, as in the case of getting 'frank' into his bones, etc., on the early tutorials. This is very annoying, don't know if it is me or the program. Any suggestions? Maggie

Have you taken care to choose the right kind of layer when you made new ones? You can't put a vector layer into another vector layer. But you can put a vector layer into a bone layer, a group layer, or a switch layer (to mention some just for a start).

Bone layers, group layers and switch layers should have a little triangle next to them. If the triangle is pointing to the right, the group is closed. If the triangle is pointing down (click the triangle to change) then the group is open and you can put however many layers you like in it.
You don't really combine the layers, you're more putting one within the other.

Hello Maggie,

Beaten by gavi dvan again. :)

Still, here's a picture:

When a grouping layer such as a bone layer has children, that little triangle hides or reveals the child layers.
