Is there a way for a bone position to control another bones angle? I am trying to create a smart bone action for "Rotate Layer X,Y" and this seems to be an un-animateable feature for smartbones via position, although this feature can be animated via bone rotation, so, wondering if I can control a bone rotation from another bones position?

There was also a variation where you used a locked bone, but yeah, targets are the way to go now.
