I am using asp8 and asp95 till now and just started using moho12
I am missing rotate point tool and pan button which is use lots of time what to do?

You don't need them, it's all done with a single Transform Points tool now. For example:

Select your points and select the Transform Points tool. Notice the box gizmo drawn around the points. When you hover your cursor over inside the surrounding boundary, the cursor changes to 'rotate'; click and drag and the selection will rotate. When you hover outside or inside the inner boundary, the icon will change to 'panning' you can move the selected points. When you hover over corner or side handle of the gizmo, the icon will change to 'scale' and you can scale the selection.

This is much faster than switching between multiple tools.

Also note that a corner handle scales proportionately by default, which is the opposite of many programs but it's actually more useful this way since you normally want to scale proportionately anyway. Hold down Shift before clicking and dragging if you want to scale non-proportionately.

Layer Transform works the same way.
