Smart Action more than one Bone Layer?

Consider that you have tow Bone Layer and one Vectoer Layer Like this

Bone 2
Bone 1
Vector

now if I creat a Bone for Layer Bone 1
and a Smart Bone for Layer Bone 2
I Expect that Bone 2 be Able to Control Bone 1 and Vector shape in same move
But making a Smart Action on Layer 2 only have effect on Layer 1
and you Can't change the shape in Vector Layer
is there anywhere that I making a mistake?
How you can do something like that in moho?

No, because the bone on layer 1 will block the influence of layer 2 from reaching the vector layer.
You would need to have the layer 2 bone control a layer 1 bone, and then have that layer 1 bone control the vector layer...relaying the control.
