How to work with smart bone action in my animation

Hi,

I try to animate a jump with moving legs and arms. When I move the leg with the bone tool, I got a little destroy in the leg. Than I changed to smart bone action an set the movement in my time line and started to correct the destroyed points from the leg. After I habe done my work everything looked good in the smart bone action.

But when I change to the mainline and I insert the reference the animation doesn't start at the same time like in the smart bone action and I again have damages in my leg.

How do I get my smart bone action into my animation, that it looks like the same. I watched several youtube videos but they only show how to change the destroyed points but not how the get the corrected smart bone action in to my animation.
