Assign Action from one Smart Bone to Another

Hey I was wondering, what's the quickest way to assign animation from one smart bone action to another.

I have single Smart Bone Dial called "Smirk" that goes from -90 to 90. There are two Actions, Smirk (-90-0, the character smirks), and Smirk 2 (0-90 the character looks surprised.) At 0 the character 's facial expression is neutral.

I would essentially like to make the Smirk 2 Action and animation of this Bone Dial its own separate Bone Dial and call it "Surprised"

The result would be two Smart Bone Dials - one for the smirk and one for the surprise. I know I could completely redo the surprise, but is there an easy/ quick way to just reassign this animation?
