Gradient Help

Post by amosevratise »

I have a problem with gradients. It looks fine when i apply it to a shape. But when i rig it with bones and try to animate a character it looks like the gradient has it's bounding box. When i move my character to the left of the screen the gradient turns solid white? I tried all sorts of things And I couldn't make it to work.

Please someone help.

Thanks in advance

Gradients are treated as images, so they follow the strength of the bones.
If no bone has strength, gradients will remain still.
If many bones have strength, gradients will be bent by all that bones.
To make gradients to follow the strength of specific bones, I recommend you to separate your drawing into several layers and then use the menu Bone -> Use selected bones for Flexi-Binding (page 136 in the Tutorial)
