How do I see layer frame when resizing?

How do I see layer frame when resizing?

View My Video When I try to resize the layer the frame goes invisible and I cannot see what I am doing until after I resize. Is there a way to see it as I resize?
I use a MacBook Pro, and Anime Studio Pro 11.2
