Hi.
How to flip path points? Horizontally or vertically

There's a tool for that, I think it's in the top of the project window now. See manual.

Ok, I used follow path.
But can do it without follow path?

You don't need Follow Path. Select the points with the Select Points tool and at the top of the menubar you'll see the Flip Vertical and Flip Horizontal tools.
