I imported an .svg file in Anime Studio and added bones to the character. But the upper body of my character gets distorted if I move its legs or its green horns. What am I doing wrong? How can I improve my animation?

That's because your bones have strength and the strength is influencing other parts of the body.
I always find that binding the points to the bones works better if you are working with vectors.
