Rigging Trouble

Hi All! I have a character of a referee I'm working on for a television commercial. I am having trouble rigging him up. I cannot attach my working file here, but if you're willing to help me out with him, please email me and I'll forward him over to you. Should be simple, but I'm brand new at Anime Studio 10.
