Hi,

How do I convert the last frame of the current scene as the first frame of the next scene?

Some times, you need the reference of last action for 'continuity'.

Is there way to "purge" or "delete" a range of frames ?

Is there a way to set "master Keys" for all possible layers/objects on a particular frame?

I dont think there are any easy way to do this.
What I usually do is to take tha last scene and rename it to the new one, then just delete all frames but the last one and move this to frame 1. You need to key all channels in this frame before deleting the preceding frames. Janimatics Key skeleton script is a great help here.
Another way would be to render out the last frame as a single image and then use this as a guide when setting up the first frame of the new scene.
