Save my characters?

I'm really new at this. Could someone tell me how to save my character (Just my character) to use in another movie? Thanks!

You don't say which version of AS you have. If you can make a Group folder, do that and drag your character layer(s) into that. Save the file. Go to your other AS movie, and choose File|Import|Anime Studio Object. Select your previous movie -- the Group folder should be right there.

(If you have a version of AS which doesn't have Group folders, use a Bone folder instead).

AS 5.* has a library folder and you can add *.anme files to this.

To isolate your character - delete all the non-character layers and then save the character-only file in the moho/library folder. You may want to create a separate folder for this.

Ver 6 has a much better library.
