I'm pretty sure I did this once 'by accident' but can't seem to get it right this time around. I created a fish and use it as a particle but have a hard time trying to orient them so they all swim in the same direction.
I've tried the various options including following the path but seem to be missing something. Basically I just want to generate 25 copies of my fish and have them swim from one side to the other as a school.
Particles -follow path / orientation

THe problem might be that you have a direction-spread. Next to the direction-chooser in the layer-properties there is a field called "Spread". Change it's value to 0.
Maybe the acceleration is the problem. In this situation you don't need any acceleration so just put the acceleration-rate to 0.
Also turn of the "Orient Particle"-option.
If none of the suggestions above work, please post a moho-file or a image showing the particle-layers properties.
