Seriously: seach for any cartoon drawing lessons, in your library or elsewhere. You should easily find a style which fits with your artwork.

Well you could do all head in one color( like in most cartoons), or use not vivid gray/brown color in those places where hair should be.

Use white color and set color alpha channel to 30 or 40 for clean shave look...

I played with this one recently and ended up with a very simple stippled texture fill.
