Question about All in One Bone Tool

Post by tonym »

The All in One Bone Tool script is awesome. It saves me heaps of time animating.

There is one button, however, that I haven't figured out. What does the "Key with every edit" button do? If its application is unusual, please give an example relating to making basic walk cycles.

well, i've not used it, but i can only assume 'key all with every edit' means it will put a key on all channels (translation/rotation/scale) every time you change any of those things, rather than only putting a key on the specific one you edit... ?

Yep, it keys every bone channel as soon as you move a bone. It's for making pose to pose animation.

Thanks! Works like a charm.

When I tried to figure out the button earlier, I must've tried something weird on my bone rig and perplexed myself. It all seems so obvious now.
