Alright, this took some coding so I hope it works (seems to so far):

Have you written a script for Anime Studio? Upload it!

Do you have a script that you like to use that's not on the site? Upload it!

Do you have a zip full of horse porn? Don't upload it!

There's still some stuff to do (search function, cosmetic fixes etc) but it seems to do the job well enough right now.

Tomorrow I will help uploading stuff and I'll make a new sticky pointing this page. I will edit old scripts' posts too linking them to the page. If some one wants to help, just mail me the thread links to edit them (my mail is on my profile).

You are free to upload all my scripts that are linked in this forum. I don't have time to upload and describe it.
I have just one request: please add a disclaimer page to the site and a license type for the scripts in the upload section.
Mine re all them Creative Commons by Author: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/

I've added a license field now. What kind of disclaimer page do you want? There is a disclaimer at the bottom of every page that I could modify.

Something like:
This script is released under the license detailed in the download link; you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the terms of that license.

Or something like this or that includes this:

Would it not be possible to have links to web pages instead of a zip? I ask this as I keep all of my scripts on my own web page, so only upload to there when I make an update.

Done. Just skip uploading a file and instead under "relevant link" enter the link either directly to the file or a webpage where the file is.

Under "files to download" the user will get the message: "No files uploaded on this site, use relevant link above instead."

They were all 404 for me as well.

Just tested again and none of the ones from dauid.com work. All 404 errors.
