I just convert this post to "Sticky". There is a lot of interest info here, in my opinion. If someone disagree, please tell it here, I don't want to be guilty of some kind of sticky avalanche

Sticky avalanche --- oooh, that's the worst kind.
You can't have everything. Where would you put it?

Hello,

Thank you for putting many of the scripts in one place.

Some of these scripts have been around for a while. Are all of them still relevant if you have the latest version of ASP? Also are they all useable in the new versions of the software?

Convert psd to png layers, all in one .anme file

Post by chucky »

I'm not sure if this is the latest version , I did find the latest version once and I use it very very often.
http://registry.gimp.org/node/20726#attachments
It's for Gimp but creates a .anme file with separate pngs.
Almost the only reason I ever use gimp, it's a good reason to though.
All layer name carry over to image layers with #1 ,#2 etc. for repeated names.
I think it should be easier to find for people on this forum as it is so useful, so I posted it.
If anyone knows who wrote it, could we get them to post it on forum members scripts page so that it doesn't get lost in the ether . It also needs better instructions of how to install- I think it was a tricky one.

Anyone using it should add a spare blank layer at the top of the psd.

Thank You Chucky! I'm using pro 8 and it (gimp psd export to anme) works great! Absolutely delighted! Simply installed it in the script directory of GIMP, no problems!
