could someone please make a .mdl plug-in for anime studio pro 7?
I want to take some of the models in a game called FATE into anime studio.

You can attempt to convert them to .obj format that is supported by ASP.
I suggest you Deep Exploration made by Right Emisphere, it's a good software for 3D models convertion.

Just had a look for it. Seems fairly expensive:
Deep Exploration
A quick trip to Tucows or some similar site will probably bring up some shareware/freeware alternatives though...

Back when it was 3d exploration it was $50.... Right hemisphere bought it and started selling it for $150... Now $1795 for perpetual use? They're having a laugh.....I'm still using version 3.5!
