Re: Moho 14.1 - Brush size variation changing the appareance of the strokes when shape ordering is changed
oh the joys of random numbers??!?? one way out of this could be to have a "random seed" (or starting value for the size variation algorithm) associated with the shape -- clone the shape you get the cloned value; create a new shape you get a new (random) starting value. But we don't YET hav...

Re: Shadow Direction: Front/All Sides
you can get that in Layer settings for Shadows (Expansion - but limited to 30px - in conjunction with 0 offset)
but yeah - would be nice to have that "expansion" in shape shadow too!

Re: Copy layer to new file?
with the layer you want copied selected, use the Edit / Copy Layer menu command to copy the layer.
swap over to the document where you want the copied layer, and use the Edit / Paste Layer command.

Re: "Add Shape" bug
it looks as though it's when the "high" point moving segment of the "add shape" goes inside the bounds of the base shape. An extra point in that segment, to anchor part of the curve outside the bounds of the base shape, will address the problem. Not sure it's a "bug" as...

Re: Preparing images for animation
Moho has two main ways to animate an image - a warp (smart) mesh and bones. You can mix them in the same image. https://www.youtube.com/@mohoanimation is a good place to start for inspiration on how to (possibly break up and) rig an image for animation. The approach to choose depends a lot on what s...

Wow! Glad that's "explained" -- it's nonetheless a bug IMO... I've logged it as J309.

Re: Broken Bezier Handles
A word about third party scripts: some (most notably those that extend the functionality of a "factory" tool) use the same name as the factory tool they replace (but, obviously, different code!). This is a major reason for having all third party tools in your custom content folders (and un...

Re: Broken Bezier Handles
So my Bezier Handles stopped functioning across all projects....I also noticed the "angle" window at the top when using the transform points tool cannot be altered away from "0." is this on any frame or just frame 0? How many points have you got selected when trying to access Be...

Yes, I remember your tool for enabling/dissabling tools was awesome and super advanced, Paul. I never got to know how/why it really worked but found it very useful under certain situations, in fact that's why I thought no one like you for talking about the matter with deep knowledge! Although we ar...

Re: Lost Scripts' Shapes Window (*New* BETA 2) for Moho 14.1 Pro
I'll give it a whirl (and have a deeper think about having "the same script" as a menu and/or tool button... ) Good! It never hurts... Just in case there was some aspect I have not taken into account or whatever. First some background: I have had for some years now a set-up whereby I can ...

Re: Lost Scripts' Shapes Window (*New* BETA 2) for Moho 14.1 Pro
Hi there, a new BETA is (finally) ready for download in the first post ; more info there too... Thanks for any feedback/reports :) hey Ramon! Not sure why ... but the ls_shapes_window.lua in the Tools directory in the .zip is just about empty...is this intentional? (the full script is in the ls_sha...
