I have a Wacom Intuos3 6x8 and LOVE it. Not too big not too small. It's juuuust right. I haven't tested it with Anime Studio yet, but I'll get around to it at some point. I can't speak for Genius, but Wacom is fantastic. But pricey. But worth every penny.
