Happy New "Bear" (new 2.5D Technic)

Hi all and especially, happy new year!!! For this occasion I've created for you a small animation: 6P4GeNAwgKU It uses a new technique that I've developed and which allows a body turn in all directions and "easily". It is to create a 3D line-based structure to form a skeleton and that we a...

Re: Request: A "face to camera" option in all directions.

Thanks dkwroot, but you can be sure that i have tried all options in the menu, and free pivot did not work as it must. Like the example above, the forms will always do an unwanted rotation at a moment. So, either i have not understood the functioning of free pivot, either this option is not working ...

Re: Request: A "face to camera" option in all directions.

thanks for the reply Maestral, but i think you dont understand what is my problem. I know extrusion can easely create a 3d form, and i dont need to play with animated layer order, because in my exemple the forms switch automaticaly with sort layers by depth and true distance option. Perhaps my exemp...

Request: A "face to camera" option in all directions.

Hi. I do not understand why AS9 has no option to help the objects to face the camera both on the X and Y axis but only limited to one axis. I have difficulties to realize my ideas just because of this forgotten, and i think we can do great things with it. Is there a script that can add this option i...

How AS9.5 manage the Z axis switch ?

Hi. It's been a few months since I work on a technique of creating characters that uses the Z axis of anime studio 9.2 (sort layers by depth/true distance). I managed in the end to create this character completely manipulable in false 3d, but it is finally a complicated construction. I had hoped tha...

Re: Stroke shape arms with sleeves!

Hi Clever construction Vern, i like the idea to create arms, legs and others things with only strokes. Is it possible to share your file for study ? Onionskin and of course Zinger inspired me Some experimentations with that technic, and here's one of them. Bvon-nkE62w File : https://www.dropbox.com/...

Re: AS 9.5 Panoramic + parallax ?

Thank you for the reply guys, but I tried my idea and effectively there is a tranparency bug with PNG files, and unfortunately no effect of parallax done. For those who are interested to create drawn based panoramics, I found three programs to do the treatment: - Photoshop Photomerge - Autopano Pro ...

AS 9.5 Panoramic + parallax ?

Hi all. A good idea (I think) burned in my head at the moment. First, is there a program for transforming our own landscapes drawn in a 360 panoramic picture? Then in Anime Studio 9.5, can we combine multiple panoramic images (png) to create both a panoramic and a parallax effect, for an incredible ...

Re: Graphical Bugs with 3d mask, help pls !

Thanks Heyvern for the reply. I have the last version of AS, the 9.2 and my computer is enough powerful i think (Core i7 2600K). The file was tested by a friend of mine, he has a Mac like you and his rendering was clean, except when he test it on Windows via Bootcamp. Me i am on PC, and we can now s...

Re: exporting problem

Hi all. Perhaps i have the solution. I think the extra-smooth images in the render options cause some issues, and it's only on PC version. 2 of my files are affected by that, the first one have graphical bugs, and the second literaly crash when i tried to do a render. A friend of mine to tested my f...
