Simple and elegant. And the timing is perfect too. We were just talking today about an animation where something appears thru some mist (or fog). I was thinking about how to do this in AS while on the drive home.

You can also use your own vector layers in the Switch Layer group. That's how I made this mess.

The extension doesn't make a difference (example.png vs. example.ai).

Lemme know if that doesn't make sense. :wink:
