Re: Moho 12.4 Update

At least on Windows 8, you can check the details when it asks you if you want to allow the installer to make changes, and this shows you where the installer was downloaded to. I cancelled the automatic install, copied the installer to another folder, and installed from there. Thanks for that tip, I...

Re: Copying and Deleting Keyframes Point animation

this might help. http://www.lostmarble.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=31523 (I haven't tried Alexandra's new tool yet though!) Great tool, seems to do exactly what it's supposed to. I have to admit I didn't know about the "copy this frame" command. However, the key tool is better. Tha...

Copying and Deleting Keyframes Point animation

I have a character held together by a hierarchy of folders, without bones. Can't seem to copy or delete a keyframe for the whole character in one go. I have to go to every sub-layer where points were moved. Consolidating the timeline did not help. Is this just the way it is or is there some trick I'...

Re: Moho 12.4 Update

I had to try twice, Moho has to stay open until nearly half a Gigabyte is downloaded. I much prefer the previous system of completely downloading the installation files. That way I only needed one download for both computers and could also make a backup copy. Since the software can't run without a v...

Re: Anyone use a Wacom Intuos Paper?

I don't mind being proven wrong with these delightful drawings and animations. I've seen the alligator before, didn't realize it was done with the freehand tool. Thanks for sharing your work.

Re: Anyone use a Wacom Intuos Paper?

I'm sorry nobody answered, because I'm curious about the ability to draw on paper and have it digitalized. If you look at the reviews by Jazza and Alan Becker on YouTube, they suggest this could be a complete solution for digital drawing and painting. The main reason nobody answered might be that fr...

Re: Moho 12.4 Update

One odd thing I didn't notice in 12.3: When creating an action, using the Alt key to split and pull on a bezier curve makes the handles disappear from view. They still work and I see how the shape is being changed, so it's just a minor irritation. It doesn't happen on the main timeline. Just due to ...

Re: Moho 13.

I had to run after writing two sentences, would like to clarify a bit. Recently I've been re-discovering old tutorials on YouTube and realizing, "Oh, I didn't know how to do that." As a hobbyist who often has to take breaks with projects because of other obligations, there are plenty of th...

Re: Moho 13.

Even if it means eating some of my words, I think Tiger is 99% right. I do notice that bezier curves and being able to add points without distorting a shape are a positive change, but he's right that we're software fetishists.

Re: Moho 13.

Just a short recap. 1) There was major turbulence at Smith Micro, the graphics division was sacked. 2) Since then, SM has done the minimum to reassure customers, but not more. 3) Lack of information gives rise to speculation, from overly positive (4 teams rumor) to overly negative, which would be to...

Re: Moho 13.

And so do us as individual contributors. We are here, and we are working on the next version of Moho. I don't know about "teams" per se. Info Central makes my point exactly. All it says is that somebody in these four places is in contact with the others concerning Moho. Whether it's four ...

Thanks for that information - it doesn't work on Windows 10 anyway. Just a waste of time.

Re: Moho 13.

We are Moho. We are in the United States on both coasts, and in Braga, Portugal (and in Belgrade!).... and we are working on the next version of Moho. THIS IS BRILLIANT!!! We have gone from two or three Moho programmers to FOUR TEAMS!!! Just to put that in perspective, that's WAY more than Toon Boo...

Legal free version of Macromedia Flash MX 2004

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BX6XXu37eBg The information under this video gives the links to download and obtain a key for Windows or Mac (from the Adobe Website). As far as I can see this is legitimate, please correct me if that's not true. Whether it's worth fiddling around with legacy softwar...

Re: "Switch Bones" technique (a very useful one...)

Better nesting for bones/smart bone actions , yada yada. That's what I think. Then you could use switch rigs up and they would work. It's a sore topic for me as it keeps coming up but gets squashed in favour of 'fudgy' workarounds. :P I think you have a right to be frustrated about features you req...
