The only tool I can get to work is the polygon tool. Is there something else that needs to be done?

Yes, getting use to and knowing the shortcut keys will help and thanks for posting those. I'm just use to doing everything I can with the mouse as it seems more natural to me. As a matter of fact, I even prefer to draw with my mouse more then I do with my tablet.

Two or so years ago...

Two or so years ago I came across Moho. Lots of awesome features but just never could get use to the drawing tools. I have recently taken some time to get use to these tools. I still don't agree with them but it looks like I will finally make a purchase. I have more ideas if Lost Marble is intereste...

If you are rendering out a 800x600 noncompressed avi, that's your problem. Compress it with a lossless codec such as Lagarith . Your video is skipping because your pc is trying play back this uncompressed video. 800x600 isn't a proper video size either. At least not for tv or dvd. Use 720x480 @ 29.9...

Are there any good 2D animation magazines in the US? Looking for one that has a new issue each month. Or at least every other month.

Here's his last post on March 21 of 2006... It is difficult being a lone programmer, especially when a new baby arrives in the family - my time has been very occupied recently! Anyway, (as usual) I have no comments regarding future versions of Moho except to say that I'm working with someone right n...

3D objects issue

Ok, below you can see my 3D model has a very thick black outline. Any ideas on how do I get rid of it? Also below is a screenshot of what my model should look like (not as many polys though).

KoolMoves , is only $49 and it can import an SWF as a editable file. Meaning, it's kinda of like have the FLA file. Then all you have to do is add your text and export it to a SWF again. I haven't tried importing a SWF made from Moho as a editable file in KoolMoves. So I can't say how well it will ...

Bones have been in KoolMoves for a long time now. So it's really nothing new to flash. There might even be bones in other flash programs.
