On frame 0, go to the bone layer, select all the bones you want (using select bone tool and shift), then copy and paste. Now move the new bones where you want. You'll need to bind your new layers or points to the new bones. Thanks. I'm finally starting to get the hang of AS - thanks for the assists.

Is there a way to duplicate rigging (for second arm or leg)

I created an arm layer and rigged it. I can duplicate the layer, but apparently not the bones and associated point binding to the duplicate. Just checking to make sure there's not an automatic way of copying the bones too and not just the vector. (I can copy each bone, one by one, and match the poin...

The first choice would require the use of an outside piece of software designed to edit movies such as Sony Vegas or Adobe Premiere. The second sounds a little confusing, but it's a pretty simple thing to do once you get the hang of it. It's actually kind of a nice way to work because then you can ...

Re: Video response to blackhawk-cut out photo animation

Hi Blackhawk, Rather than trying to explain how I would do this I though it would be better if I just made a quick video to explain how I'd do this. It's pretty rough, but it should give you the basics on how to achieve what I "think" you're going for! I hope this helps!!!! :) guyver93 ht...

in your action go to the last frame of the cycle and right click it - go to cycle, back to frame 1 (or wherever you want it to cycle to). Now when you place the action it will cycle until you put another frame in to break it. Otherwise you dont need to use an action - just do what I wrote above dir...

Basic cycling question

I'm trying to cycle a wing flap using a switch layer. I created an action for the wing flap. When I insert the action into mainline, it works. Of course, I want to loop it so it keeps running. I cycle the action and it doesn't move at all. What am I doing wrong? If I need to upload my file, please l...

Parenting problems... abusive... to my self-esteem...

I'm new at Anime Studio. I generally understand how to adjust parenting relationships to bones, but I'm getting this strange arrow pointing off from the abyss that I don't understand. It doesn't connect 2 bones. What does this arrow mean? How can I remove it? Thanks in advance. http://postimage.org/...
