I got the solution. Thanks for answering. I suppose it had something to do with the way I had placed the switch layer for the eyes. I had a main switchlayer for all the heads, but as a sublayer I put in the switchlayer for the eyes and that did not work. I dragged the eyeswitch layer out of the head...

Switch Layers

Just a short question about switch layers. I made a character and put all the different eye settings in a switch layer. Then I duplicated this head about 6 times, and made different headsettings by dragging the points around. Each new setting I placed in a group layer. So now I have 6 different head...

Hi Puffin. Nothing against crazy Talk, as I have seen some people that made quite impressive cartoons with CT. What I especially meant by 'limited', is that after you get the hang of the program, usually people are getting bigger and better ideas and then you suddenly are faced with things you can't...

Hi Puffin I am getting more convinced about the use of Anime Studio. Of course, being on a forum for Anime Studio, you will find a lot of enthousiasts for Anime Studio, but I have done quite a search myself and ended up with Anime Studio. One of the reasons I like this software is precisely because ...

Apple2ed, I am not in a habit of being negative and I imagine you are probably a likeable fellow if one were to meet you face to face, but your confusing way of posting really doesn't help anybody. I can for the life of me not understand what you are trying to say. Sorry, but it just isn't cool and ...

That's seems about right to me. It simply takes time and work. There is no way around that. When I first got Anime studio I was expecting to get a cartoon up in just about a few minutes. Ha. This is when the process began, but I am amazed at how much training there is available if you just look arou...

Yes Sven, I agree with you. No one would be so silly for just a few dollars. At least no one in their right minds. Nevertheless I do hope he is fine and healthy and as you say deeply workiung in his cave to produce more goodies.

C'mon people. Let's be serious and not use this precious forum for anything but sincere questions about artwork and so forth. I understand it when people get offended sometimes by comments other people make, but the goal for this forum is to get better in our artwork and help one another to do so. N...

Rigging for Beginners

For beginners. Hi there. I stumbled upon something new that to me was a real breakthrough, so although it is probably old hat for most pro's. When I rigged my characters I usually just set up the bone structure like it says in the tutorials. A starting bone, and then you build up your frame from the...

Hi Eric
I bought your lanky burd awhile back. Pretty neat as I can use it as a simple add-on.
