Morph bug
I tried jonbo's idea regarding layer order. It worked with one file. I cancelled layer order and kept the mrophing animation. It worked! I could go back and forth with front and left views. That means here is really a problem with layer order animation together with blend morphing. But I then tried ...

Morphing bug
Tks Selgin Looks like morphing is more complicated than "help' teaches us. I really don't know about keyframing every point. To me, it was just creating the actions, and move the necessary points. I tried right clicking the grey lines for each layer and each action on frame one but nothing chan...

Morphing bug
Thank you for your reply. I tested GCharb's "head blendmorph" and it works OK. I noticed that problem is creating the morphs. I'm posting a simple test file showing the problem Frame one is frotn view. Normal. Frame 30 should look left. OK. Frame 60 should come back to front. Should look l...

Morph bug
I found this funny behavior with ASP. I was using ASP 7 and thought it might be some prob with my operational system which was newer (Max OS Lion). I then downloaded ASP 8 trial and found the prob still continues. I created a group layer, under which I have three vector layers: face, right ear and l...

morphing
Technically it's possible (it's just point animation), artistically it's a mess because a head turn is a projection of points on a 3D object projected on a 2D plane, not a straight translation of points in 2D. I was thinking of a way of building a library with different views of a character (or pro...

Morphing
Hi It occurred to me today whether it is possible to use ready shapes for morphing. I have, for instance, an anime file with a face looking front and another one with the same face in 3/4 position. Both have the same number of points. How interesting it would be if whenever I need to morph a face be...

Peak/smooth proiblem
Today I worked all morning with the same problem I´ve being facing for a week - not being able to change a point to peak (ASP decided what to do by itself - always smooth). Suddenly, late in the evening, I realized that the shape I was working on was working perfectly regardng peaking and smoothing ...

For some reason, sharp corners doesn't work if you are not in frame zero. Maybe that could be the problem. Hi Selgin I´m working at frame zero with no results. Interesting to note that if I create a new drawing peak works normally. I guess I have a bug in this specific file, which is causing the pr...

I can't reproduce your problem so these are just some possible leads: 1) When you use the add points tool, is sharp corners checked? 2) When you create your first point are you clicking or click-dragging? If the former, you will create 2 coincident points that will mess up your curve. The first poi...

Peak/smooth problem
Hi I've started experience a prob with my curves yesterday. I was working on a drawing when I started a curve with the "Add point" tool. I clicked the first point, and when i clicked the second it became imediately curve. I completed the process adding all the points and at the end I selec...

It sounds more like an user error than a bug. Maybe it has to do with holding keys. Do you know that if there are no keys, there is no blend? I mean, actions (and blend morphs) only works when there are keys on all your points of interest. For example, imagine you have a head with actions for norma...

Wagmun; I not sure this is the same problem, but my first efforts with blend morph were bothersome. Certain points (on a layer shape) would independently from the others, when using the slider controls. After some time I notice that when one or more of vector points were selected, they would immedi...
