As far as tutorials go, you pretty much can do the Pro tutorials with Debut. The only real differences between the two programs are for advanced uses and layers, like Group, Particle, Physics, Reusable Animations, and things like that. The basics of creation and bone movement are the same. Your best...

Parker, was the "Night Country picture inspired by the opening background of "Cluckie the Vampire Chicken," the Nickolodeon cartoon on YouTube here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WyF3JaV7bE0 ??? They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, but if you are copying someone else...

Richard, you already have a loop thread going. Please don't start a new thread for the same topic, just keep posting to your original thread.

Have you read your User Manual? The looping information should be there. It is the best way to become familar with the software if you are new...

Re: The community here at the Lost Marble Forum

Just spare us the "I'm out of here" announcements. Those are funny though, especially when they pop back up later, usually under a different name but same old trolling! :D You've got a point there! They're pathetic, but funny in that light. It's just the sad perception that anyone really ...

No, selgin, THANK YOU! You teach us all many little things that make using AS easier, like selecting many bones and setting the angles for them all, instead of each bone separately. That one tip was SO nice to learn. I am still new to AS, and do not yet understand many things (like the offset tool),...

I do not speak Chilean Spanish, but knowing if it's from Selgin, it HAS to be good to know. So with the help of a few online translators (and some hunting for Chilean Spanish slang ("Huachito" was a good one!), I was able to translate the majority of this tutorial to English. Thank you Sel...

That was delightful to watch!
How long did it take to create the stipple polar bear?
Did you do the stipple dot by dot, or use a "cluster brush?"

REALLY nice work!

Have you upgraded to 7.1?
I know they resolved some lock-up problems, but I'm not sure which.

Springfield Eternal

This link is to an animation of Bart Simpson getting old and dying.

It's not particularly complex, it's VERY subtly animated, yet very well done.

Just goes to show it doesn't have to be complex to be good.

There is an older software called Satori, which is a resolution independent vector painting software. If AS were to replace the current system, that would be the way to go.
