I found the best solution for me was a shareware program - (something )fuse. I'd have a blank 2 second non Anime studio 'movie' (probably 2 jpegs)and fuse it with the anime studio film into 1. I would hope that animating skirts on characters is included and turning a character - so that you have a front and a side view - as I can't get it right with switches at present.

I have a scene scrolling left to right, with foreground and multiple background - however I cannot make it look 'alive' without parallax scrolling - I have tried moving say the background at a faster rate than the foreground but this just looks races by.
How do I acheive this wonder ?
