Re: Cannot render and convert Jpeg/Png into vector

I do seem to recall having an issue with NVidia Experience when I first got Windows 10... I believe running it as an Admin allowed it to run it's update... I also had to manually download an update to the NVidia Experience application before the automatic updates would work...

Have you ever noticed...

Have you ever noticed that many people who make walk cycle tutorials rarely, if ever, make it a re-usable cycle, saved as an Action? They do the cycle on the main timeline, then end the tutorial. They don't show you how to re-use that cycle, they don't show you how to transition from standing still ...

Re: Cannot render and convert Jpeg/Png into vector

I cannot say as the specific issue you;re having, but I can say I'm using Windows 10 with no issues at all. So I don't believe it's an issue with the version of Windows, although it could be something specific to your version of Windows, as it's configured, or setup, or how it interacts with your ha...

Re: Drawing Advice

Actually, I was dissatisfied with the lips, especially the small strip of white specular highlight. It's one of the reason why I didn't proceed with any other highlight type of shapes. I also tried on the hair, and to me it just didn't look all that good. I'm sure with practice, I'll get the hang of...

Drawing Advice

So I've never really drew much in Anime Studio Pro, but I wanted to start doing more, and getting to grips with the differences in it versus other illustration applications. Another aspect is keeping the point count down because eventually I hope to animates some of these things. So I have an image ...

Re: Importing Illustrator Files

I tried importing an SVG 1.1 file, exported from Illustrator 2015 CC, and it came in all black. I tried importing it as an Illustrator v8 file, and ASP complained about too many points and curves. I really wish Smith Micro would work on the import features...

Re: Web series plan on starting.

I found the camera switching, and the breaking of the 180 rule to be very jarring. Some of the camera cuts were totally unnecessary as well. However, it was entertaining and so true to life. A clever script... I could very well imagine my mother in that situation.

Re: Surface Pro 4 and ASPro 11.2 and Manga

I had an SP3Pro, and was hoping to use ASP on it, as a tablet. Was hoping to use the pen/stylus for drawing. However, the buttons were just way too small, and it was a PITA to use as a tablet. I gave it up, and went back to a regular laptop, albeit a super large ASUS gaming laptop...

Re: Overlapping bones with images

Thank you... Just for the sake of clarification, region binding doesn't use the bone strength shape to define the region? I'm gonna have to re-fresh myself on ASP, it's been a while since I last used it... I have a training course from InfiniteSkills that covers version 10, which no doubt should cov...

Re: Importing Illustrator Files

Personally, I'd like to see much better importing capabilities in ASP in the near future. It's all well and good to say "it's quicker to re-create it in ASP", but that's only valid for artists. What about those who don't create the assets, but have to work with what they're given. Tracing ...

Overlapping bones with images

When using vectors, it's easy enough to bind to layer and/or points, so when overlapping your arm over your chest, only the arm is affected. If you use bind to layers for an image based character, this also is possible, but it also requires breaking everything down into specific layers. Such as hand...

Re: Best Way to Import from Creature?

I've recently come across this little gem of an animation application, and even considered purchasing it. But it looks like it's primarily for game asset creation, and as such wouldn't be of much use in Anime Studio Pro itself. If it allowed for multiple characters on stage at the same time, I'd con...
