go to the top where it says window and you will find layer in there, if you still can not see it, your layers window could be hidden behind someone it happenes with me and my time lines all that time.

Is there a way to perents layers just like how you can perents bones, I am trying to make a cat walking up to a gate but I have to move his layers one at a time and it looks werid on the time line. I am doing a animation for my major work, and I only just figured out how to colour in the charecters, anyway when ever I ad bones to my charecter, I can never move anything else on the charecter besides the bones, only the bones move nothing else will move. can someone body please help me with this...
