Maybe if you change the point on the timeline from smooth to linear it would fix the problem. can you share the file?

If you open the papagayo program file folder and open the mouths folder, you can see the mouths that are in papagayo. maybe if you create your own folder with images exported from animae studio it could work. I never attempted this but give it a try.
