Marionette puppet-like movement using physics?
Is there a way to create a puppet that would be controlled from bones from the top down, in similar fashion of a marionette puppet? I tried the following setup and put the bone layer inside a group with physics enabled, but all this does is cause the entire "puppet" to fall and fall: http:...

Track vector points to motion tracking?
Can only layers be bound to video tracking points, not individual points within a vector layer? Can bones be bound to video tracking?

Falling dominoes
Is there a faster way to create falling dominoes rather than creating a domino on 1 layer, copying it, and placing each subsequent domino down next to it (rinse and repeat)? If I want to create a long line of dominoes, is there a faster way to create them, like 10 at a time in a row?

thanks- Sorry you're right- I just didn't feel like joining yet another forum. Now let me turn this into a AS question: I think I messed up by doing each animation as separate AS files with separate SWF outputs for each- because FLASH is creating different assets for each SWF, right? I should have d...

SWF output- making cartoon interactive
Hey guys- I'm animating a talking character and he will be saying 9 or so different, short phrases. I'm animating each phrase and exporting it as a swf file. There will also be a looping animation for when the character is standing still and not talking. I have Flash installed on my computer. What I...

I was also wondering about how to do this. It'd be really nice if squash/stretch was built into physics. But I like the idea of using it just as a guide to animated on top of. One thing I've noticed is when physics is on it really bogs down my computer. So once the keyframes are made you pretty much...

Problem with image texture on character's clothing
I'm having this problem with a character where I've used a tiled image for the fill on his clothing: http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d140/jhbmw007/imagetextureproblem.jpg The gray on his sleeves isn't there when his arms are down- it appears the image only get tiled/repeated for so far and then an...

Is AS7 missing some buttons?
Is it just me or are the raise/lower shape buttons missing? The only way to access these is from the menu now? Also used to be able to press the "p" key to "peak" a point when selected- this does not appear to work anymore.
