Yes i tried that one out long time ago, but i find it a bit too "traditional" and well, it's nothing like a "All-in-one solution". At least you save yourself a lot of paper

The best format is .wav or .aiff.
I suggest you to convert your mp3 to one of these formats.
(Support for mp3 was dropped in 5.3 as far as i can remember.)
It should now playback properly. At least i don't know a "crappy sound" problem or something similar since moho 5.3 release.

But usually the sound export to AVI was not possible, i guess it is yet possible with 5.3.

Try to export as quicktime movie format. It will work 100%.
