As always, excellent animation, Sang!

I'm sure being a father will be the best thing in your life. I hope it will be a healthy baby.

You only should note, that you create your moving object far away from the rest of the scene, then push it in the skeleton layer and bone it. Not necessarily, Sven. You could also bind the points of the ball to the bone. In that case, bone strength of other bones have no influence on the ball shape...

As you're a native UK English speaker, I believe you. I saw the spelling on an UK English medical website, which, in hindsight, obviously has a typo. Nevertheless, Googlefight states that there are 600,000 mentions of "humerous" against 926,000 mentions of the correct spelling "humeru...

BTW Aside from looking at the image, I primarily discovered the similarities by feeling with my fingers how my cat's bones are oriented alongside his body. What I always assumed where parts of the chest sticking out on both sides, are actually upper front leg bones, the humerus (or: humerous in UK E...

Then, please, install the appropriate application. It's not a full installer, just the "Anime Studio.app" or "Anime Studio Pro.app" application bundle (the program you double click to start Anime Studio).

Ah, yes, I see that is a problem. So, you need a real human to do your spell checking.

Just to check if I'm right. Is this rough comparison between a human and horse skeleton correct?

I once got a flyer from my sister she had made herself. She insisted she had removed all typos, but I could still find several, plus several style errors. "Well, people don't see that," was her answer, "and you are always so technical about details." My point was that you can't f...

Ok, I was going to make a QT movie of the animation to show you all, but it keeps crashing when I try to export. It'll start creating the animation, and then stop, and then I get an error message. What's all that about? I'm on one of the new intel Imacs, running Leopard. Have you installed the bugf...

You could also "trace" the image in AS and create a mask using AS masking tools. It would be easier to use the image alpha. I don't recommend that, because it can give such a mess when you start animating... http://i30.tinypic.com/iyo7k7.gif I think it is best to remove the background (ma...

This question is too high level, and can be answered in several ways.

Please be more concrete and tell us what problem you've encountered while creating an animation.

A horse is actually walking or running on its toes. If you look closely you can see exactly how the bones match up with our own skeleton. You know, before kittens can somewhat walk like normal cats, say between 0 and 3 weeks after birth, they actually crawl on what anatomically are their feet. The ...

Inkscape does a reasonable job. It is an X11 application, because it was originally written for Linux (X windows) and ported to Mac OS X, using the X11 interface. It's free open source software. However, it doesn't do sequences.
