How can I get my registration back. I have tried downloading the trial version and entering my serial number but it says it is invalid

What shall I do?

I click the download link in my e-mail invoice and it doesn't download..I have also tried fixing the address problem that has been mentioned..

This sounds like it would be a challenge...BUT I'm only 14... I know alot about Moho and have used it for 2 years.! As I have used it for two years and use it nearly every day, I am quite experienced with all the features and the program.. I would definately be able to do this over somekind of messe...
