Thanks Ddrake, creating a walk at that angle is a pretty ambitious task. If I can use it I definitely will.
Thanks also for the head turn on GuyNumber5. It gives me another example to study and looks really good!

Re: Zombie Story
Neeters, Thank you for doing this and especially for explaining it to me. I actually only understood about half of what you wrote. Some I understand in principle, but don't yet know how to apply in practice. For example, I didn't know that you could animate a nose flip and I am not even sure how to ...

Re: Zombie Story
Great rigging progress on this! I know everyone has their own workflow, so this is just my two cents. Since the storyboard is already laid out, you could save a lot of work by basing the rigs on the requirements of each scene, rather than starting with a head turn rig with lots of functionality tha...

Re: Anyone interested in teaming up?
Nick, My opinion: If they decided to have a baby because their lives were dull, this is not something you want in an opening (flashback) scene. Having a baby because you are bored with your life speaks volumes about the characters and none of it is good. Best to hold off on that little tidbit until ...

Re: Anyone interested in teaming up?
A misunderstanding is usually the result of deception (in comedy; not necessarily in the real world). Deception can be used used as a means to create the situation in the first place, but also as a solution to how the characters deal with the problem.

Re: Zombie Story
Here is the finished head turn. This took me MUCH longer than I would have thought. I messed up many times and had to redo a lot of work. For all that effort, I am still not really super-happy with it. I wouldn't mind talking with some of the experts out there on how I could go through the head-turn...

Re: Anyone interested in teaming up?
I created a new thread named "Zombie Story" in the "Animation Jobs" category. As we continue the effort on the zombie story we can use the new dedicated thread. I re-posted the story summary, storyboard and character designs on this other thread. I couldn't figure out how to link...

Re: Anyone interested in teaming up?
Nick, Although story writing is integral to most animation production, I haven't seen a lot of people discussing that here. If I am wrong and just haven't come across it, let me know as I haven't yet found a good forum where people discuss or collaborate on story ideas. You probably won't get a lot ...
